This newly created role will support major reliability and installation projects as the subject matter expert for rotating equipment, determining the specifications against process demands for turbines, compressors, and pumps.
Minimum Requirements:
- US Citizen Citizenship or Permanent US Residency. No sponsorship is available.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- More than five years of in-depth work forecasting future failures and ensuring reliability through strategically creating and implementing Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies for turbines, large compressors, and high-volume industrial pumps.
- Firsthand background using vibration analysis, oil particulate testing, thermal analysis to establish benchmarks and parameters for rotating equipment performance and reliability.
- Industry experience the industrial gas, petrochemical (oil & gas), Carbon Capture, LNG, or other related processes like air separation units (ASUs) or HYCO plants.
- Strong engineering knowledge regarding fluid dynamics, as well as API, ANSI, ASME, ASTM, NEC standards.
- Ability to work with engineering teams developing the ancillary P&IDs, piping design and modeling and asset packaging.
