I'm seeking a Scrum Master for a full-time, Remote position with a stable and growing company in the Greater Philadelphia area. Interested candidates should have the following skills.
- Scrum Master certified
- 5 years working as a Scrum Master successfully delivering Software Products
- Experience scaling Agile practices in large complex organizations
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
- Experience working with Product Owners, leading stand-up meetings, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, Agile coaching
- Experience with SDLC, DevOps, CI / CD Automated testing
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication
