Senior Associate – Class Action & Wage & Hour Litigation (Hybrid)

Location : Hybrid (2-3 days in-office per week) – Los Angeles

Salary : Competitive, DOE

Experience : 10-15 years in Employment Law, Class Action, and Wage & Hour Litigation

A premier plaintiffs’ firm is seeking two Senior Associates to join its Class Action & Wage & Hour Litigation team. This is an opportunity for experienced litigators who have a strong background in case management, leadership, and strategic litigation. If you have extensive experience mentoring attorneys, leading case strategies, handling mediations and settlements, and first or second-chairing trials or arbitrations, this role offers significant impact and career growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor attorneys and legal staff within the class action and wage & hour litigation practice
• Oversee and manage complex class action wage & hour claims, guiding them from discovery to resolution
• Draft, review, and refine motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements
• Attend and lead mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial / arbitration preparation
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings with senior litigators to drive case development
• Provide case leadership, ensuring effective execution of litigation strategies
• Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on major case decisions and trial preparation
