Senior Benefits Specialist
My client has a 3-6 month temp to perm opening for a Senior Benefits Specialist. This is a hybrid role and is on site 2-3 days per week. ADP experience is strongly preferred and ideal candidate will have experience in a company with 250 employees. Position will involve the following:

Senior Benefits Specialist
My client has a 3-6 month temp to perm opening for a Senior Benefits Specialist. This is a hybrid role and is on site 2-3 days per week. ADP experience is strongly preferred and ideal candidate will have experience in a company with 250 employees. Position will involve the following:
- Oversight of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA and HSA plans
- Experience with ADP WFN or similar platform to provide HRIS system support
- Benefit invoice processing
- Work with ADP Consolidated Invoice Vendor module
- Provide reports and perform audits
- Vendor management
- Oversight of file feeds, 401k plans and auditing
- Management of workers compensation process
- Stay up to date with state changes / new requirements
- FMLA, Short Term Disability, Parental Leave and State Leaves
- Experience with benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA)
- ACA administration
- Management of Employee Benefit Information on ADP WFN
