We're seeking a talented and passionate Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and drive the development of our AI-powered platform. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and deploying sophisticated AI systems that leverage NLP, NLG, multimodal data analysis, chatbots, and RAG-based Q&A to enhance our products and services. Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready machine learning solutions for areas like document understanding, search and Q&A, generative AI, and virtual agents.
- Develop and maintain Python-based backend services that power our AI applications.
- Design and implement APIs for seamless integration with AI models and services.
- Own the full ML model development lifecycle, from problem definition and data exploration to feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI models, integrations, deployments, and backend services.
- Implement system telemetry, A / B testing, and other statistical methods to measure and validate the effectiveness of AI models.
- Develop automated testing and validation processes to ensure the integrity and robustness of ML solutions.
- Document and communicate development processes, system designs, and architectural decisions.
- Maintain the security and compliance of healthcare data, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, including reporting non-compliance.
