Senior Paralegal – Class Action & Wage & Hour (Hybrid)
Location : Hybrid (3 days in-office per week) – Los Angeles, CA
Salary : Competitive, DOE
Experience : Extensive experience in class action, wage & hour , and complex filings
A premier plaintiffs’ firm is seeking two Senior Paralegals to join its Class Action & Wage & Hour team. This is an opportunity for highly experienced paralegals with a strong background in complex legal filings, state and federal procedures, and case management.
The ideal candidates must have proven expertise in TOAs, cite checking, and filing procedures across state and federal courts, with a deep understanding of removals, consolidations, sealing, and appeals. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in high-volume, high-stakes environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and file state and federal court documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive Table of Authorities (TOAs) and cite checking for legal filings
- Manage complex filings, including removals, consolidations, sealing, and appeals
- Assist attorneys with case strategy, trial preparation, and settlement processes
- Maintain compliance with court rules and filing deadlines for state and federal courts
- Organize and prepare exhibits, trial binders, and case summaries
- Conduct legal research and document review to support case development
- Oversee case management, docketing, and tracking of critical deadlines
