**Key Responsibilities:**

• Procure specialty products like cheeses, charcuterie, oils, and other gourmet foods.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Maintain data within our Enterprise Resource Platform and ensure high fulfillment rates.
• Collaborate with Sales and Quality Control to uphold quality and delivery standards.
• Research market trends and contribute to product development.
• Support the sales team with product information and recommendations.
• Plan and coordinate strategies for inventory management and vendor selection.
  
  

**Qualifications:**

• 3 years of experience in food and beverage procurement.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and strong negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all company levels.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet goals.
• Passionate about developing new brands in specialty foods.
