Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Design and analyze structural systems for condominium and commercial buildings, including foundations, framing, and load-bearing systems.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and other engineering professionals to develop integrated design solutions that meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site inspections and structural assessments to evaluate existing conditions and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications for construction documents.
- Oversee the work of junior engineers and support staff, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.
- Review and approve structural plans, calculations, and reports.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure best practices in structural engineering.
- Manage client relationships and address any project-related issues or concerns promptly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on condominium and/or commercial projects.
