Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and design for access systems
- Design elevated access platforms and personnel/material hoists for construction, energy, and industrial sectors
- Provide technical assistance to branches and project sites
- Collaborate with product development engineers to provide custom solutions and design feedback
- Leverage engineering CAD and PDM management tools effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols in the work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Structural emphasis or equivalent (Master's degree a plus)
- 3-4 years of experience
- Successfully completed FE exam (EIT status) with ability to sit for PE exam within one year
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to learn and work in the construction industry
- Creative problem-solving in a collaborative team environment
