Responsibilities : Product Design :
- Serve as the lead UX / UI designer for one or more product teams, delivering complex design solutions from conception to launch.
- Conduct and oversee user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Design modern, efficient, learnable, and interconnected enterprise product experiences.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions.
