Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Plant Engineering, with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Electric Power Distribution Systems. You will play a key role in optimizing the operation of Electric Utilities and ensuring the efficiency of critical electrical systems. Familiarity with Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley PLC systems is essential, as you will be responsible for configuring, programming, and troubleshooting PLC-based automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
On-site Monday through Friday work week. Will consider relocation candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems, with a focus on Electric Power Distribution Systems for industrial and utility applications.
- Perform electrical engineering tasks related to Electrical Plant Engineering, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting for Electric Utilities, identifying opportunities for system improvements and energy optimization.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and improve electrical infrastructure, focusing on performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Configure, program, and maintain Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley PLC systems for automation and control processes.
- Provide technical support for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry advancements and incorporate best practices into engineering solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Electrical Plant Engineering and working with Electric Power Distribution Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Electric Utilities operations and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley PLC and control systems.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar certification.
- Experience with other automation systems or PLC programming languages.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools.
