Come join the Liberty Place team in our beautiful, newly constructed building in a quiet part of town, near the Spokane River. Liberty Place is a 16 bed enhanced services facility, caring for adults with chronic and persistent mental health conditions. This is a 24/7 facility staffed with nursing, mental health professionals, and caregivers. Our focus is to provide a safe, caring, compassionate home for our residents while assisting them with achieving their individual goals. We provide medication administration, facilitation with providers and appointments, recreational/art activities, group and individual outings.

Caregiver duties at Liberty Place include maintaining a clean, safe environment. Developing positive and healthy relationships with residents, assisting them with meeting their goals, engaging in activities/outings and providing transportation to appointments when necessary.

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age

Background check and fingerprinting must be free of disqualifying convictions/charges as defined by DSHS

Active license in one of the following: HCA, NA-C, CNA (willing to assist with obtaining HCA) *or a 'grandfathered NAR*

Must maintain good standing in credentialing or certification

Attend training in therapeutic options mental health, dementia, developmentally disabled populations, and therapeutic options prior to first scheduled shift (provided by Liberty Place)

Maintain CPR/basic first aid certifications

Active Driver’s License (preferred)
