Job Overview

Duties
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide meal preparation and cooking services tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Support clients in social activities and community engagement to foster inclusion.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, ensuring a positive environment.
- Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment within group home settings.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations concerning client privacy and confidentiality.
