Qualifications and Education Requirements
Computer proficient, quick and accurate, attentive to detail, able to work well under pressure. Knowledgeable of Liberty Order Processing system. High school graduate or GED
Summary of the Position
Primary responsibilities include invoicing, inventory balancing, consignment and release processing. Secondary responsibility to support Order Processors in entering, checking, and shipping factory orders when needed.
Essential Responsibilities
- Interpreting the incoming warehouse information, entering that information into ERP system to accomplish generation of warehouse releases, relieving inventory, and invoicing customers.
- Ability to maintain lengthy phone calls to respond to customer and warehouse inquiries such as order content, pricing, shipping, etc.
- Comparison of inventory to solve inventory related issues.
- Ability to enter factory orders and respond to factory order related inquiries in support of Order Processors.
- Develop and maintain an open, professional working relationship with necessary Liberty Pumps members, partners, vendors, and customers
- You will be expected to operate according to ISO 9001 requirements.
- Held responsible and accountable to follow safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized work area, and use good safety judgment. Expected to report all unsafe activities and conditions to the Supervisor and/or Safety Representative.

Experience/Skills/Abilities
Ability to read, write and verbally communicate clearly, compassionately, and concisely with customers, callers, and co-workers. Ability to interpret electronic systems and communications to provide timely and accurate service to customers. Self-motivated, capable of taking direction as well as working with minimal supervision. Ability to remain calm under pressure such as working through a situation with a dissatisfied customer. Ability to deal constructively with customers and reps in difficult situations. Must possess strong, clear, concise respectful communication skills both written and verbal. Problem solving, time management and organizational skills a must. Requires independent judgment and critical thinking to resolve issues, suggest improvements and embrace and promote new ideas and changes.
Physical Requirements
Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily production/technical nature. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials. Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less). Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
Working Conditions
Well-lighted, heated, and/or air-conditioned indoor office/production setting with adequate ventilation. Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
