I’m looking for a positive, self-motivated, detail and task-oriented PT/OT tech to help Liberty Rehabilitation Specialist Inc on our quest. Everyday, we strive to create a client centered healing environment so people can lead the lives they always wanted.
We help clients feel better, move better, and stay better without the side effects of medications, injections, or surgery. Our clients are in pain and a friendly, caring Physical Therapy/ OT technician greeting them each visit can brighten their day and aid in their recovery process.
This position is NOT for you if you require micro-management, spend time focusing on problems and not solutions, contribute to office gossip, or do not have compassion or interest in helping clients overcome pain and suffering.
Patient Service Specialist roles:
- Create a warm and friendly environment for our clients
- Client scheduling, check-in and assist Therapist with exercise programing and modalities
- collect copay and deductible
- maintain clean environment in clinic for staff and patients
- Work with great therapist and team on special tasks.,
- assist lead therapist with patient related reports
- communicate with MD offices

Qualifications
- Strong patient service and care skills
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Experience in health settings, including acute and post-acute care
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Background in outpatient clinics and orthopedics
- Experience working with geriatric and sub-acute care patients
- Ability to effectively manage patient intake and maintain a supportive environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
