Supportive Housing Supervisor

We’re committed to building a diverse workforce that values contributions of all team members and work to recognize cultural beliefs, values, traditions, language preferences, and health practices of the communities that we serve and how they apply to provision of positive health outcomes.   Supportive Housing Supervisor Position Summary: The Supportive Housing Program Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, development, oversight and quality of the NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH)-funded Supportive Housing Program sites in Madison, and Onondaga Counties.   Supportive Housing Supervisor Responsibilities:   Supervises assigned staff in the day-to-day implementation of high-quality program services; interprets and implements state regulations. Provides oversight of service planning. Ensures that staff receives training and support required to meet performance expectations. Provides oversight of program case records through regular chart audits; ensures compliance with NYS OMH Scattered Site Supportive Housing Guidelines and ensures staff are trained in regulatory compliance. Maintains quality of program physical plants through regular inspection of program sites; ensures the upkeep of sites through the landlord, agency maintenance staff, and program staff, as needed; ensures compliance with all relevant health and safety codes (including but not limited to fire, safety, OSHA, OMH); maintains OMH and all other program certifications. Responds to and effectively handles emergency situations that may require flexibility of both time and area of assignment. Shares on call responsibility with the other designated staff. Takes necessary action to ensure staff coverage, appropriate crisis interventions, untoward incident notification and staff debriefing. Oversees and directs Intake and Service Planning for individuals served.   Supportive Housing Supervisor Qualifications:   The Program Supervisor will possess at a minimum a bachelor’s degree in the field of human services and will have at least two years of supervisory experience working in the field of human services with individuals diagnosed with psychiatric, medical, and/or chemical dependence. The Program Supervisor will have previous experience working with adults utilizing the recovery model and a commitment to peer support. Must have a valid NYS driver’s license and reliable access to transportation; includes using personal vehicle to transport others as required.      Pay: $60,405 per year   Liberty Resources is committed to creating a diverse inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
