Liberty Retirement Community of Lima is seeking a full-time Maintenance Director.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Director:
- Plan, develop, organize and complete any maintenance work orders and service request
- Coordinate routine maintenance services with all department managers
- Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures
- Order and maintain needed maintenance supplies
- Assist with regulations and upkeep to meet safety regulations requirements
Qualifications of the Maintenance Director include:
- 5 Years of Maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in plumbling, electrical, painting and carpentry
- Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety
