OPERATIONS MANAGER:

Liberty Roofing Center is a leader in the sales and delivery of residential, commercial and industrial applications of roofing shingles and building materials with 9 locations in the eastern USA. Quality, integrity, and trustworthiness are values we look for when hiring for our teams.

We are currently seeking a Manager to join our team at our Liberty Roofing Center location in New Kensington, PA.

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can think “outside of the box” to help us grow business in the building material market. This individual will work to support the Branch Manager and serve as the branch lead when the Branch Manager is out of the office. We are looking for a decisive leader with an empathetic leadership style that motivate branch employees, insure exceptional customer care and keep the office current on the daily requirements.

Responsibilities

· Effectively Manage, Lead and Motivate personnel

· Direct and Coordinate the Inside Sales Team in activities including receiving and entering customer orders

· Order Entry, Processing Quotes and Expediting orders and deliveries

· Inventory Management including responsibility for purchasing and receiving

· Establish rapport with vendors; addressing billing issues, price negotiations and delivery options

· Responsible for scheduling and routing daily deliveries to customers

· Responsible for managing inside sales and warehouse/driver employees work hours and ensure proper reporting

· Insure proper warehouse functionality – Layout and workflow

· Stay current with industry trends, new products, market prices, vendors and competitors

· Work with team to build lasting relationships with suppliers and customers, building a positive company image

· Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures

· Any other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

· Highly organized

· Strong Communication, Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills

· Clean driving record with valid driver’s license

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
