We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Liberty Roofing Center location in New Kensington, PA.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE:

· Assist Branch/Operations Manager in cycle counts and inventory control

· Assisting with job site deliveries

• Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base
• Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects and passing pre-qualified leads to territory sales rep
• Process orders and paperwork
• Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing
• Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide sales support for walk in customers

· Timely and effective communication

· Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion

· Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures

· Any other responsibilities as assigned

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· Experience in driving a Van

· Operation of Van and Seamless Gutter Equipment

· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

· Positive, winning, can-do attitude is required

• General understanding of Sales and Customer Service

· Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment

· Knowledge of building/construction products is preferred but not required

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products

· Reliable transportation to and from work
