We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Production Line Floor Builder to help us construct top-quality floors for our buildings. What You'll Do
- Build shed floors from start to finish with precision and efficiency.
- Keep your workstation organized and clean.
- Use power and pneumatic tools like a pro (or learn to become one!).
- Read and follow floor plans
- Assist your teammates to keep production rolling smoothly.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Jump in an cover for other team members when needed.
- Work with speed and accuracy to meet our Liberty standards.
What You Bring to the Team
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic knowledge of framing techniques and materials
- Experience with power tools and machinery
- Problem solving skills to tackle production challenges
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- The ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
- A high school diploma or GED
Work Environment
The work environment for employees will take place primarily inside a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. Occasionally, employees will be expected to work outside in all types of weather conditions. Employees can expect to experience high levels of noise that is typically associated with a busy manufacturing environment. The employee must be able to tolerate an environment with paint/stain fumes and sawdust in the air.
Schedule
The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks throughout the day. Please note that schedules may vary depending on production demands, and occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines or handle peak workloads. Flexibility in work hours is appreciated to ensure we continue to meet our production goals and maintain high standards of quality.
