About Liberty Sheds
Liberty Sheds is looking to add a member to our service team. Our service team is an essential part of our business, providing exceptional service to both our customers and our sales locations. This position will travel to our sales locations and customer's home to complete warranty work on our full product line, including sheds, play sets, and gazebos. If you have a keen eye for detail, are self-motivated, and are willing to work both independently and as a team, you'll fit right in.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Make necessary repairs to structures, including carpentry work, roofing, painting, etc.
- Minor electrical repair work may be required.
- Read and understand documents including, but not limited to, service tickets, work orders, floor plans, invoices to repair sheds, garages, gazebos, and playsets
- Communicate with customers while providing a professional and courteous attitude at all times, ensuring them that all their requests and concerns will be addressed in a timely manner
- Safely travel to customer homes and sales locations, hauling a trailer with materials
- Occasionally transport material between manufacturing locations
- Tear down and dispose of old buildings
- Clean out and refurbish pre-owned units
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand or walk or drive for extended periods of time
- May occasionally be required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
Skills and Qualifications
- General home construction knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to take initiative and be accountable
- Knowledgeable of hand and power tools - experience with this is required
- Must be able to work alone, as a team, and without supervision
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid NC driver's license
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of general labor construction experience
