We're looking for a full-time Warehouse Utility Techician to join our Mocksville Manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you'll take the lead on garage door installations and operate key equipment like the Dubois Linear trim sprayer and Poly/Foam machines. While these core responsibilities are essential, flexibility is key - this role offers the chance to step into a variety of areas acorss our manufacturing facility, keeping each day fresh and engaging. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Garage Door Installation

• Prep your work area like a pro so installations go off without a hitch
• Install garage doors with precision - always putting safety, quality, and structure first
• Dismantle setups, clean the site, and dispose of materials properly
• Keep your tools and gear in top shape with regular maintenance
• Handle service calls and on-site installs

Dubois Linear Trim Sprayer

• Get everything dialed in with pre-op calibration, paint prep, and sprayer checks
• Lay down consistent, top-quality coats everytime
• Clean and tear down components for smooth operation next time around
• Tackle routine upkeep - filters, spray tips, and more
• Log production details and alert the Assistant Plant Manager of needed repairs
• Prep finished materials for transport

Poly and Foam Machines

• Fire up the machines with safety checks, heat/pressure calibrations, and chemical prep
• Run the line and adjust setting for perfect output
• Clean and nutralize with care, ensuring equipment is ready for the next use
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance to keep everything humming

General Responsibilities

• Follow all written operational procedures and safety guidelines
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and hazard free at all times
• Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly, and schedule repairs as needed
• Jump into training opportunities to sharpen your skills
• Pitch in on cross-training efforts-share what you know, and learn from your team
• Spot chances for improvement and help us get better every day

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong mechanical instincts - you like to figure out how things work and fix them when they don't
• Ability to read detailed instructions and stay sharp on safety protocols
• Solid organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving
• Combortable working with and maintaining a wide range of production equipment
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for teamwork
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related technical field is a major plus
