Liberty Software is a healthcare technology company that develops software for retail pharmacies across the country. Our pharmacy management platform helps our clients increase profits, improve customer service, and enhance patient safety. We are seeking an Account Manager, Early Adopters with a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients and providing superior customer service.
The Account Manager, Early Adopters will be the primary point of contact for all of Liberty’s early adopter clients. The early adopters are the first clients to receive Liberty’s latest software updates, research feedback and provide valuable feedback to the development team on new features functionality and potential software issues introduced in the updates.
Liberty Software takes immense pride in its client relations and support and expects all team members, including the Account Manager, Early Adopters, to not only have the necessary technical skills, but great interpersonal and communication skills as well.
This is an in-person position working out of our Grapevine, TX office.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to onboarding of accounts primarily using beta versions of RXQ and BZQ
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships with all members of assigned accounts, such as pharmacy owners, managers, and staff members
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients’ unique needs such as configuring and customization of Liberty’s software, work with all departments to ensure project resolutions such as software errors, and hardware troubleshooting or replacements etc.
- Communicate clearly with clients about status of purchases, trouble tickets, and requests
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Work with assigned accounts to guide and aid in configuring software and computer settings to customize software to best meet each client’s unique needs.
- Provide web-based training of Liberty’s pharmacy software
- Become an expert on Liberty’s software in order to answer questions and guide clients in best practices for their specific needs
- Assist in other areas when needed
Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience required, such as pharmacy/pharmacy technician experience, with at least four (4) to six (6) years being preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician certification and retail pharmacy knowledge a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer science, or other related field a plus
- Professional and friendly demeanor is a must
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, train, and effectively assist in decisions at all levels of client organizations
- Proven ability to shift between multiple tasks and manage competing needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent listening, documentation, and critical thinking skills
