Liberty Software is looking for an Pharmacy Success Manager to partner with our new Start-Up Pharmacy clients as their project manager and primary liaison during their onboarding process and infancy stage with Liberty. This includes the scheduling, planning, and execution of each implementation, providing expert care, insight, and assistance throughout, during, and after setup. Pharmacy Success Managers are subject matter experts of Liberty’s products and must be able to cater to a broad range of pharmacy needs.

This is an in-person position based in our office in Grapevine, Texas.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinate the implementation process between clients, internal departments, and third-party vendors, managing multiple customers and projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Act as account manager for all new client stakeholders, building relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, technicians, and clerks
- Provide guidance and aid to configure software and computer settings to customize software to best meet each client’s unique needs
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients’ unique needs, working with internal departments to ensure project resolutions
- Communicate clearly with clients over the phone or by email about status of purchases, trouble tickets, and various requests
- Become an expert on Liberty’s software suite to guide clients in best practices for their specific needs
- Provide onsite and web-based training of Liberty’s pharmacy software and perform occasional hardware installation if needed
Qualifications:
- At least two years of relevant experience required (such as retail pharmacy, healthcare or project management) with at least four to six years being preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician certification a plus
- Broad pharmacy knowledge desired, with experience using Liberty Software a plus
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily commitments and projects with pharmacies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and experience levels
- Superb process management and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and ability to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment
