As a key member of our team, you will focus on sourcing exceptional candidates, building lasting relationships, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include identifying top talent, promoting our company values to potential candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and actively participating in the new-hire onboarding process. Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking tools to identify top talent for our team
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit within the organization
- Coordinate and extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sourced applicants throughout the interview and onboarding phases, ensuring a smooth transition
- Check in with new hires post-onboarding to gather feedback
- Collaborate on HR and employee engagement initiatives, contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture
- Assist in other areas of recruiting and HR functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience required, specifically in sourcing and headhunting.
- Proven headhunting skills, with extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms to attract passive candidates.
- Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter is essential.
- Experience recruiting in technology or healthcare sectors is a strong plus.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Professional, approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to candidate experience.
- Must be able to report in-person in Grapevine, TX
