Location: Phoenix AZ 
Pay Rate: 21 per hour 1st shift 23 an hour for 3rd shift 
Employment Type: Full Time 
Shift: 12 hour days 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Bilingual Line Production Operator to join our team in a plastic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced production setting, ensuring efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing equipment along the production line.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Assist with machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and production protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and [Second Language, e.g., Spanish].

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish is required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production line work is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
