Seasonal Floral Merchandiser - Liberal, KS

Dress Code : Casual (no tears, no swears, nothing political)

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented part-time workers for our Liberal, KS location. This role involves assisting with various tasks during scheduled shifts to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Pay : $22.00 per hour

Shift Details :

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM
Off : Tuesday and Sunday

Job Description

In this temporary position (2 weeks), you will work with a dedicated team to merchandise and stock our pre-made arrangements of fresh and beautiful flowers within store displays. We strive to provide quality fresh flowers and excellent service to our customers.

A Day in the Life of a Seasonal Floral Merchandiser :

Unbox products, unwrap roses, and prepare them for the sales floor.

Change water in buckets on display pallets.

Sweep and mop around display areas.

Break down pallets of products, place them on rolling racks, and ensure they are ready for the sales floor.

Remove all trash and water buckets from the back-stock area to make room in the dairy cooler for new deliveries.

Prepare large vases on flatbeds (open to display with signs) for easy replenishment on the sales floor.

Seasonal Merchandiser Qualifications & Requirements :

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Able to work the full agreed assignment.

Physically able to push / pull / lift up to 40 lbs. on an ongoing basis.

Comfortable bending, stooping, and lifting products above your shoulders.

Ability to stand and walk on an ongoing, extended basis throughout the shift.

Ability to work in a cold environment

Ability to work in a team and follow daily directions.

English speaking and understanding required for safety purposes.

4-hour shift

Morning shift
