Occupational Therapist Job Description
The Occupational Therapist will provide direct Occupational Therapy; screenings; evaluations; re-evaluations; Individualized Education Program-related paperwork in compliance with IDEA, the South Carolina Department of Education, and Liberty STEAM Charter procedures; and meetings and conferences with parents and district staff including IEP meetings. The Occupational Therapist will serve scholars at both the primary and elementary campuses in a part-time capacity not to exceed 25 hours a week.

Job Responsibilities:
- Direct Occupational Therapy services
- Initial Occupational Therapy Evaluations
- Occupational Therapy Re-evaluations
- Teacher/Classroom/Parent Consultations
- IEP meetings, IEP documentation
- Documentation of clinical notes, progress reports, evaluations, re-evaluations,
teacher/classroom/parent consultation notes
- Occupational Therapy Screenings and documentation
- Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and all time/meetings relevant to the child and his/he performance within the school environment
Compensation:
- $35-$60/hour based on experience relevant to the position (certified OT experience)
