What You'll Do:

✅Leading and managing the hourly production team with a focus on safety, quality, and performance.

✅ Driving continuous improvement in productivity, scrap reduction, process control, and housekeeping.
- ✅ Monitoring daily production goals and adjusting staffing or processes to meet targets.

✅ Collaborating effectively with department supervisors, union representatives, and cross-functional teams.
- ✅ Conducting shift meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety reminders.

✅ Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- ✅ Assisting with onboarding new hires and ensuring proper training and support.

✅ Being flexible to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as needed.

✅ Performing other duties as assigned to support plant operations.
What We're Looking For:
🔹Experience: Industrial supervisory experience preferred, but we're open to motivated candidates ready to grow.
🔹Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
🔹Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, ability to navigate computer systems.
🔹Mindset: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, clear communicator, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
