π Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:00PM.

Join us as a Process Engineer in our steel mill, where you'll play a key role in enhancing production, ensuring quality, and implementing innovative solutions to keep our operations running at peak performance.
What You'll Do:
- β Evaluate and design the workflow process with the steelmaking department.
- β Develop and assist on installation and follow up on new and improved process improvements within the entire steelmaking process.
- β Monitor and analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- β Diagnose failures, determine solutions and make suggestions for improvement.
- β Create reports with cost and time estimates for each project.
- β Ensure process stability and consistency by developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- β Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, operations, and quality to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
πΉExperience: 3 years related experience.
πΉEducation: Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year college or university. ** Will consider comparable work experience in lieu of degree.
πΉSkills: Process optimization, metallurgical knowledge, data analysis and problem-solving, lean manufacturing and six sigma, project management, equipment and process design, and regulatory and safety compliance.
πΉMindset: Hands-on and detail-oriented, continuous improvement mentality, adaptability and resilience, collaboration, innovative thinking, and safety-first approach.
