Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Preparation & Filing: Prepare tax returns for clients by gathering and reviewing financial information, entering data accurately, and ensuring that each return meets all compliance requirements.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients at your desk, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism. Provide clear and understandable explanations of tax processes and findings.
• Document Management: Securely manage and upload client documents, ensuring that all sensitive information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Confirm the accuracy of tax filings and ensure all returns comply with current tax regulations. Conduct thorough checks to verify the integrity of data entered.
• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service by maintaining a positive and supportive demeanor. Create a welcoming environment and ensure clients feel valued and heard throughout their tax preparation experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tax preparation is a plus but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications; familiarity with tax preparation software is advantageous but not mandatory.
