Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tax Professional to join our dynamic team at Liberty Tax. This seasonal position is designed for tax season, but we aim for continuity, encouraging candidates to return year after year to leverage their growing expertise with us. The role offers full or part-time hours ranging from 20-40 hours/week with flexible shifts available between 9 AM - 8 PM. On-target earnings range from $18-$20/hour, including a performance-based bonus paid on April 30.
Qualifications
- Excellent in person and telephone communication
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Previous experience and/or education in tax preparation or accounting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and effectively
- Passion for personal development and continuous learning in the tax field
- A team player with a positive mindset
- Certification as an Enrolled Agent or CPA is a plus, but is not required
