Job Summary:
Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Human Resources Specialist that is bi-Lingual to support our Benefits Administration and Leave Management functions. This role focuses on administering employee benefits programs, managing leave requests, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administering and managing employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.).
- Oversee employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, and company-specific policies.
- Assist with open enrollment, benefit updates, and life event changes.
- Process leave requests and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables) to track benefits and leave data.
- Maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave, and policies.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration and leave management.
- Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now required.
- Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of benefits programs and leave laws (FMLA, ADA).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be Bi-Lingual
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Compensation:
Between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 depending on experience, paid bi-weekly
