- Assist with Recruitment needs:
- Assist with maintaining various recruitment databases
- Assist with the creation and coordination of recruitment itineraries
- Assist with managing inventory levels of meal passes and recruitment-related materials
- Assist with overall cleanliness and organization of recruitment and events storage unit
- Assist in preparation and day-of Recruitment related events
- Assist with the status of recruits for admissions and financial aid
- Assist with tracking goals for monthly, quarterly and annual goals of the department
- Assist with recruited visitor tracking documents and helping maintain consistent processes
- Assist with all on-campus recruitment events including but not limited to ELU, CFAW, Team Tryouts, Block Party, Prospect Camps, & Summer Camp Preparation
- Organize and deliver postage for prospective student-athletes
- Actively find resources, websites, directories etc. for Club Sports teams to recruit
- Research off-campus recruitment opportunities for Club Sport Coaches
- Awareness of overall Club Sports recruitment process, application codes and reports
- Assist with Special Events:
- Assist with set-up, clean-up, prep-work, and coordination of internal/external events
- Assist with planning, prep-work, and coordination of summer programming events
- Responsible for updating tracking documents & calendars
- Responsible for confirming venues and resources needed
- Responsible for submitting and monitoring catering orders
- Responsible for managing storage closet inventory and cleanliness
- Responsible for offering creative solutions/ideas for the betterment/creation of events
- Responsible for running departmental errands as needed
- Responsible for assisting with departmental email communication and paperwork
- Other tasks as assigned by departmental supervisors
