What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Analyst (Part Time) position at Liberty University?
The Procurement Analyst (Part Time), under supervision of the CPA, is responsible for projects related to Procurement continuous improvement initiatives, assisting with implementation of Key Performance Indicator management, reporting and post award Procurement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- As directed by the CPA, oversees projects, to identify process gaps, analyze data, initiate strategies, and manage results.
- Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing key performance indicator measures for Procurement sections.
- Communicates to and trains internal and external stakeholders on process improvements and system changes.
- Assists with codifying existing procedures in University Standard formats
- Assists in documenting new policy related to University procurement process and procedures.
- Remains abreast of existing and emerging technologies, processes, products, services and leading industry performance benchmarks.
- Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's mission.
- Assists management with other duties as assigned
