Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinates and tracks the assignment of project responsibilities.
- Monitors and summarizes progress on projects through regular status reporting.
- Ability to guide a collaborative effort to plan and accomplish goals within established constraints.
- Ensures that all work delivered within projects meets acceptance criteria.
- Ability to escalate issues and risks to management appropriately and in a timely fashion.
- Manages and ensures effective communication between all project stakeholders.
- Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission.
Education and Experience
- Four-year college degree in related field.
- Training in traditional project management methods.
- 1 years of work experience in related field.
Communication and Comprehension
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well-articulated information.
- Ability to understand, speak, and write English in order to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner.
- Possess public communication skills that allow professional representation of Liberty University to a variety of business and community customers and associates.
- Strong and detail-oriented organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Intuitively able to reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgement in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature.
- Occasionally required to travel to local and campus locations.
