University Compliance Federal Work Study student is responsible and accountable to the Executive Assistant. The position will provide onsite support and assistance in the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as assisting in the development of Educational projects, website and / or graphic design needs that the Department is initiating.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets visitors and answers any general questions at front desk
- Assist Executive Assistant with daily needs within office
- Assist Education team with document management tasks
- Assist the department with the creation of graphic projects and / or website development
- Assist office personnel with other duties as assigned
