Job Description Summary
Support the full-time staff of the Office of Spiritual Development by completing professional administrative tasks to enhance and fulfill the department outcomes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the full-time staff of LU Serve through fulfilling professional administrative tasks to enhance and fulfill the mission of Training Champions for Christ through the department outcomes.
- Provide support for LU Serve events and experiences.
- Provide key administrative support for staff and students.
- Perform any front-desk reception and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Responsible for providing support to the Directors, Associate Directors, and LU Serve staff.
- Helps LU Serve with details, compiles sensitive information, and ensures project effectiveness.
- Provide customer services with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the University.
- Works effectively as a team member, embracing & fostering the mission of Liberty University and OSD.
