ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assists with investment research projects and any special assignments as requested.
- Participates in team meetings and helps recording meeting notes.
- Assists with preparing LUIO’s presentation materials.
- Organizes and categorizes investment managers’ files.
- Assists with LUIO’s website design.
- Assists with LUIO’s CRM system search.
- Assists LUIO’s operations team with custodian on-boarding as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Pursuing Degree in business related field or CFA designation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate and defend the unique Christian educational mission and vision of Liberty University and its subsidiaries to a wide variety of individuals and groups.
- Individual must not be in default on any federal student or parent loan
- Individual must not be convicted of, or pled nolo contendere or guilty to, a crime involving the acquisition, use, or expenditure of federal, state, or local government funds, -or- be administratively or judicially determined to have committed fraud or any other material violation of law involving federal, state, or local government funds (CFR 668.14(b)(18)(i))
