Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the inspection and maintenance of all inside and out of all buildings.
2. Responsible for maintenance of landscape and of grounds by following seasonal requirements.
3. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, and terminating of all maintenance workers in conjunction with the Administrator.
4. Responsible for controlling budget including inventorying and ordering of all necessary equipment supply, insuring that all deliveries are correct and quality merchandise.
5. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of all Federal and State minimum standards as they apply to maintenance.
6. Responsible for the supervision of all inside and outside maintenance contractual services.
7. Perform as a team and other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
8. Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the maintenance Department.
9. Inspect, maintain and test fire alarm and emergency systems in accordance established policies and procedures. Maintain appropriate records of test results.
10. Establish and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program of cleaning, painting maintaining facility equipment etc. as necessary and/or approved.
11. Ensure outside services are properly completed/supervised in accordance with contracts and/or work orders.
12. Establish a work order/priority system on unscheduled maintenance.
13. Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
