Activity Aides at Liberty Village of Pittsfield don't have to imagine. We are looking for a self-motivated, fun, social individual to join our new team! We are seeking an Activity Aide with the desire to promote independence, encourage socialization and enhance the overall sense of wellbeing for our residents.
Primary Responsibilities for an Activity Aide:
1. Promote social engagement through a meaningful program of activities designed for individuals with memory impairment.
2. Enhance the self-esteem and overall sense of wellbeing of the residents.
Qualifications of an Activity Aide:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: No formal experience required. We desire an individual with a willingness to learn on the job.
Requirements: Current driver’s license.
