Administrative assistant responsible for providing support for a fast-paced financial planning services team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Strengthen client relationships by proactively managing personalized outreach, including the timely delivery of birthday and anniversary cards
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail by maintaining accurate client records
- Apply strong organizational skills preparing documentation prior to client meetings for multiple advisors
- Provide detailed client service, handling post appointment documentation and paperwork
- Utilize strong communication skills handling correspondence with clients, both via email and phone
- Play a key role as a team player, assisting staff with various daily tasks
- Contribute to exceptional client retention by providing back up support for phones, scheduling and mail
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail
SALARY RANGE:
Dependent on experience.
