This position is an hourly Commission Bonus. NO DRAW!
Job Description:
The Client Advocate assists our clients by providing strategic solutions to help them reclaim their financial independence. The right candidate must be able to operate with limited supervision while adhering to company and industry compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Employ consultative sales scripting to conduct effective sales interactions.
- Educate clients on lending options and/or diverse financial solutions for debt resolution.
- Optimize sales pipeline management to enhance efficiency, productivity, and closure rates.
- Update CRM with accurate account file notes, stages, and statuses.
- Ensures adherence to compliance regulations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and engaging with multiple customers across various files daily.
- Adhere to company monthly, quarterly, annual sales metrics.
- Adhoc duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Through understanding of the lending industry processes and existing regulations.
- Passion for aiding customers in achieving financial goals
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- MUST HAVE 2 years' experience in a fast paced sales environment. – REQUIRED
- Debt Industry experience preferred.
