We are seeking a Maintenance Technician/Porter to join our team in Coleville, where you will have the opportunity to grow with us as an employee-owner.
Job Summary
This is a full-time position working Monday–Friday (with on-call rotation) and starting at $22/hour, plus bonuses. As a Service Technician I, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily residential community.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs as needed
- Operate company or personal vehicles/electrical carts safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work regular on-call shifts and overtime as required
- Ability to arrive on-site within 60 minutes for on-call service requests
