JOB TITLE : Facility Cleaning Attendant

REPORTS TO : Facilities Manager

PRIMARY FUNCTION OF POSITION :

Resposible for the housekeeping cleanliness of the company facilities. Manufacturing areas, cafeteria as well as offices and common areas.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES :

  • Trash removal
  • Vacuuming
  • Dusting
  • Floor cleaning / mopping
  • Restroom cleaning
  • Windows as needed
  • Replenishment of supplies
  • Other duties as prescribed by the Facilities Manager

    • EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience in the use of different cleaning tools and chemicals
  • Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Self-Starting able to coordinate maintaining of facilities and to do lists while maintaining flexibility for the fast-paced environment.

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

  • The employee should be able to handle up to 40 pounds comfortably.
  • There can be times when the employee will be on their feet most of the day.
