We're looking for a talented Civil Litigation Attorney in St. Louis, MO with 2 years of direct experience in insurance defense litigation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct depositions
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
What You Need for this Position
- 3 years of civil defense litigation experience
- Asbestos, toxic tort or workers' comp defense experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
- Admitted to practice law in Missouri or Illinois
