Oasis is seeking a talented and ambitious Business Development Executive to develop relationships with our attorney clients and share the benefits of working with our organization . This is a hybrid inside / outside sales position with candidates earning a draw plus strong commissions, in line with their ability to foster and grow relationships with New York  law firms.  This is a hunter / farmer role.  You will have the ability to open up new accounts and manage an existing book of business. Sales Experience required. No prior industry-specific sales experience is required but would be an asset .  Candidates must currently live in the greater New York City / Manhattan area. Position Responsibilities : Develop and build relationships with all attorneys and leading law firms in your assigned territory through in-person meetings and application processing Proactively set schedule of weekly meetings with attorneys Take inbound and make outbound calls to attorneys (30% Inbound / 70% Outbound) Processes inbound leads through day-to-day funding / underwriting of all applications that come in through marketing team efforts Develops new relationships with attorneys and law firms, and fosters existing attorney relationships to grow the business Engages in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep Oasis Financial top-of-mind to encourage use of our technology Responsible for all attorney contact including follow-up, answering questions and training on MoveDocs platform Grow and maintain book of business firms and develop new relationships with law firms to increase and build initial referral business (40% book management / 60% unassigned cases) Develop attorney relationships (funded in past 12 months) to maximize origination and payback (50% of time) Fund unassigned marketing leads with lapsed attorneys in region (50%) Follow up on all marketing outreach inquiries Maximize case funding with appropriate pricing to ensure positive returns Required Skills and Experience : College degree required 2 years of inside sales experience with strong outbound calling and a history of success Experience managing sales through initial prospecting call to close   Proven success in closing B2B sales over the phone to C-Level executives and / or decision makers Experience working with attorneys, personal injury and / or selling to law firms not required, but a definite plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong aptitude to listen Possess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientation Organized, self-driven, confident, positive, passionate, and compassionate Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specific business goals and monthly / quarterly quotas Benefits : Oasis Financial offers competitive compensation (salary, and uncapped commission), and benefits that include medical, dental and vision plans, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending account and paid time off.    About Us When life gets hard, we make it easier!   With over 22 years of experience, Oasis Financial is the largest and most recognized national brand in consumer legal funding.
