Job Description:
The intake coordinator manages a significant number or inbound and outbound calls to meet the intake process demands. These responsibilities include interacting with clients, personal injury attorneys, staff, and internal team members. The Intake Coordinator also maintains a consistent and positive customer experience to increase the company’s success. This position will require excellent phone customer service skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. Bilingual in Spanish is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain client information and funding disbursement preference with complete accuracy
- Ensure that client funding requests are received and entered in a timely manner with complete accuracy
- Ability to create client funding form with complete accuracy
- Build rapport with attorneys and status cases.
- Accurately enter intake data into the client funding system
- Meet weekly and monthly targets consistently
- Achieve quarterly measurements and incentive goals
- Other duties as assigned
- Bilingual in Spanish is required for this role
- High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
- General understanding of healthcare and/or legal medical terminology is a plus
- Call Center experience is a plus
- Strong customer service when communicating with law firms and their clients with an eagerness to build relationships
- Superior telephone communication skills
- Ability to write with professionalism in the form of emails, faxes, and outgoing mail to law firms and their clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious and self-directed when prioritizing tasks based upon volume of incoming tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Windows system and Microsoft Office; proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to type 45 wpm
- Ability to work at the computer while on the telephone 8 hours a day.
