Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Movie and TV Rights Salesperson to join our team. As the primary point of contact for negotiating and securing deals, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the film and television landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential buyers, including production companies, studios, and streaming platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including development and legal, to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Film Studies, or a related field (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent is okay with experience.
• Proven experience in sales
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of intellectual property rights and legal aspects of content licensing is a plus.
