The Manuscript Division is offering an opportunity for a qualified individual at the GS-09 level to serve on a full-time, 120-day temporary promotion to the GS-11 OR a qualified individual at the GS-11 level (no promotion) to serve on a full-time 120-day detail as the Administrative Officer in the Manuscript Division. Applicants must have one year time-in-grade at the GS-09 level to qualify for the temporary promotion to the GS-11.
Responsibilities
This position reports to the Chief of the Manuscript Division.
The selected applicant must possess knowledge of the technical aspects of administrative, human resources, contract and grant management, and financial management coordination.

Eligibility : This opportunity is open to LC permanent staff who have permission from their supervisor.
Work Schedule : This opportunity is open to permanent staff of the Library. The work schedule is Flextime, Monday thru Friday. Telework may be available two days per week.
